BIOGRAPHY

Emmanuel is a qualified managerial expert with a demonstrated history of portfolio management and influence in innovation, growth, and change. He is an objective, well-organized, ethical, visionary, intellectually curious and a team player.

His passion and strengths are in coordinating and institutionalizing systems and processes which enhance productivity among different segments of an entity. He is keen on the importance of strong cross-cultural communication skills and a good understanding of those around him with their different ideological convictions and cultural specificities.

He strives to empower and inspire others to achieve their full potential as the most significant responsibility in his career.

Emmanuel is currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership and Management at Mzumbe University. He also has a Master’s Degree of Public Administration (Public Personnel and Labor Relation Management) from Northern Michigan University, Michigan, United State of America and a Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting and Finance (Business Accounting and Finance) from Mzumbe University, Morogoro, Tanzania.
