Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent and Training Business Development Associate who will play a key role in driving business growth and establishing strategic partnerships to expand our talent development and training offerings. You will collaborate with internal teams to identify market opportunities, develop new business leads, and cultivate relationships with clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

1. Apply your expertise in talent recruitment to source top-tier candidates who align with our client’s talent development and training requirements.

2. Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

3. Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and assessment activities to ensure alignment with client expectations and organizational culture.

4. Develop talent-sourcing strategies to attract top candidates for training and development programs.

5. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for talent development and training opportunities.

6. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation, feedback, and negotiation.


1. Coordinate training programs and workshops for clients, leveraging your understanding of their talent development needs.

2. Assist in the development of training materials, curriculum design, and learning objectives to meet client requirements.

3. Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring high-quality delivery and participant engagement.

4. Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants to continuously improve program quality.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development to enhance our offerings.

Business Development:

1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.

2. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase our talent development and training solutions.

3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HR managers, talent development professionals, and business leaders.

4. Track sales metrics, client feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.

5. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our presence and generate leads.


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Previous experience working in a recruitment agency setting, with a strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and best practices.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the talent development or training industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and candidates.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in using Recruitment CRM (candidate relationship management) software system that manages the entire recruitment process

• Previous experience in building and maintaining relationships with job candidates and growing them
