Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Trainee to join our team as a Programs Associate. This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in program coordination, business development, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a passion for learning and a strong desire to make an impact in the innovation and training industry

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research and identify potential business leads for SmartLab's custom training programs.

2. Assist in coordinating the training calendar, scheduling sessions, and ensuring timely delivery of programs.

3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop business cases, proposals, and concept notes for new training initiatives.

4. Support in client engagement activities, including client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

5. Assist in the preparation of training materials, resources, and documentation for program delivery.

6. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, collecting feedback from participants and stakeholders.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

8. Contribute to the overall success and growth of SmartLab's training programs through innovative ideas and initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, education, Communications, or a related field.

2. 0-1 years of experience in program coordination, business development, or client management, preferably in the training or education sector. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.

5. Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative, with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.

8. Passion for innovation, learning, and making a positive impact in the community.
