Position Overview:

As a Corporate Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in developing, producing, and optimizing various forms of content to enhance our corporate brand image and engagement. This role demands a blend of creative visionstorytelling prowess, and technical skills to bring our brand’s narrative to life across different platforms. – Instagram FB, TikTok and YouTube.


  • Content Creation:

Develop and produce engaging and high-quality multimedia content for various platforms, including but not limited to videos (Long and short form), blog posts, social media posts, podcasts, and infographics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the goals, values, and studio USPs to incorporate into content creation.

  • Video Production:

Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit video content that aligns with the studio’s brand and messaging.

Utilize industry-standard video editing software and equipment to ensure professional and polished final products.

  • Written Content:

Craft compelling and informative written content for blogs, articles, captions, and other communication channels.

Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging to reinforce the brand identity.

  • Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media content strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.

Monitor and respond to social media trends, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.

  • Brand Consistency:

Ensure consistency in branding across all content produced, aligning with established brand guidelines.

Act as a guardian of the studio’s brand identity and values in all content creation activities.

  • Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams, to align content with overall business objectives.

Work closely with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers when necessary.

  • Content Optimization:

Analyze content performance metrics and user engagement data to continually optimize content strategy.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance content creation processes.


  • Proficiency in English Language
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field.
  • Proven experience/ Passion in content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of multimedia projects.
  • Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
