The Board invites applications from qualified professionals to join the Advisory Board in the following categories: 

• Private Sector: Background in business growth, market development, digital transformation or industry expansion
• Public Sector: Understanding of national and regional priorities, regulatory frameworks, funding models or sector policies
• NGO & Development Sector: Exposure to programme design, impact measurement, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) or sustainability practices
• Startup and Investors: Experience in scaling organisations, products or initiatives, including fundraising, deal structuring or partnership development. Must be passionate about startup ecosystem building SME & Youth Skills in Technology and the Creative Economy

Minimum Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 3-Countries Business experience in either Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, South Africa, or any sub-Saharan country
• At least 10 years of senior experience in leadership, policy, industry development, programme management, venture building or organisational strategy
• Experience working with senior decision-makers, regulators, investors, development partners or founders
• Exposure to programme design, impact measurement, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) or sustainability practices
• Strong networks in Tanzania or across Africa that support partnerships and investment opportunities
• Strong track record in advisory, mentorship, governance, or strategy roles
• Deep understanding of trends in technology, digital platforms, innovation ecosystems or sector-specific developments
