Job Description:

Smart Codes is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all account-related matters.
  2. Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and propose relevant digital solutions to address their needs.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams including digital strategy, technology, design, and development to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time.
  4. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and recommendations on digital trends, best practices, and industry insights.
  5. Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting key achievements, KPIs, and areas for improvement.
  6. Represent Smart Codes at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and foster new partnerships.
  7. Utilize proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc., to develop and execute effective advertising campaigns.
  8. Apply strong analytical skills to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and derive actionable insights to optimize client campaigns and drive ROI.
  9. Employ digital analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms to track and measure campaign effectiveness and client success metrics.
  10. Contribute to content marketing strategies and techniques, including content creation, distribution, and promotion, to support client objectives and enhance brand presence.
  11. Participate in brand strategy discussions and initiatives, leveraging an understanding of branding principles to contribute valuable insights and recommendations.
  12. Effectively manage client projects and campaigns from conception to completion, utilizing project management methodologies and tools to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.


  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience working as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the digital industry.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing, technology, and innovation trends.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  5. Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute account plans that drive business results.
  6. Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
