Job Description:

Smart Codes is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Executive Graduate Trainee/Intern to join our team. This internship program offers a valuable opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in account management, client communication, and digital marketing within a dynamic advertising agency environment. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced account management team to support client projects and contribute to the growth and success of Smart Codes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the account management team in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as a key point of contact for all account-related matters.
  2. Support the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies and campaigns to meet client objectives and deliver results.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams including creative, digital marketing, and media buying to ensure seamless execution of client projects and campaigns.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to understand client industries, target audiences, and market trends, providing valuable insights and recommendations to inform strategy.
  5. Assist in the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with client expectations.
  6. Monitor and track campaign performance metrics, analyzing data and providing actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  7. Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns on behalf of clients.
  8. Assist in managing project timelines, and resources, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  9. Participate in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy discussions, contributing creative ideas and solutions to achieve client goals.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and advertising, and share new insights and learnings with the team.
  11. Demonstrate enthusiasm, professionalism, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
  3. Passion for digital marketing, advertising, and technology, with a desire to make an impact in the digital landscape.
  4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
  6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and a proactive approach to learning.
  7. Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic agency environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  8. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients and internal teams.
  9. Prior internship or work experience in account management, digital marketing, or advertising is advantageous.
  10. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a growth mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
