As a Copywriter at our agency, you will play a pivotal role in crafting persuasive and creative content that resonates with our clients' target audiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Multilingual Content Creation: Produce high-quality, original, and compelling written content in both Kiswahili and English for a wide range of advertising channels, including radio jingles, billboards, TV commercials (TVCs), and social media content. Craft messages that resonate with diverse audiences and align with the cultural nuances of the target markets.
• Brand Voice: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' brand voices, ensuring that all content, whether in Kiswahili or English, aligns with their brand identity and objectives.
• Multichannel Integration: Create content that seamlessly integrates across various media platforms to deliver consistent and persuasive messaging, whether it's a jingle on the radio, a billboard ad, a TVC, or a social media campaign.
• Creativity and Innovation: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, market insights, and emerging advertising strategies. Infuse fresh, innovative ideas into your content that captivate the audience and set our campaigns apart from the competition.
• SEO Integration: Infuse your copy with SEO best practices and keywords to enhance the visibility of digital assets and radio content in search results.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and design teams to ensure a harmonious integration of written and visual elements across various advertising mediums.
• Research: Continuously research market trends and audience preferences to adapt content strategies and messaging accordingly.
• Editing and Proofreading: Diligently review and edit content in both Kiswahili and English to ensure accuracy, grammar, and alignment with client guidelines.
• Campaign Ideation: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts and messaging strategies that leverage the unique strengths of each advertising medium.
• Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of content across different media channels, optimizing strategies to achieve desired results.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
2. 3 years of proven experience as a copywriter, especially in crafting multilingual content for various advertising channels.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Kiswahili and English.
4. Proficiency in SEO best practices and keyword research.
5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
6. A highly creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to bring fresh, innovative ideas to campaigns.
7. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
